At Heartland Craft Grains, we take pride in the quality of our small-batch flours and whole grains. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a 14-day window for returns or replacements on items that arrive damaged or do not meet our high quality standards.
Return Process

Email our customer support within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach clear photographs of the product and packaging, especially if the item was damaged during transit, to help us improve our shipping process.
- 3.Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a return authorization number or confirm your eligibility for a direct replacement.
- 4.Processing Your Refund
After approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or a fresh replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
